Comprehensive Assessment
Our multidisciplinary team conducts a thorough evaluation across ABA, OT, and SLP domains using validated tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, sensory and motor assessments). This typically takes 2 to 3 sessions and includes direct observation of your child and an in-depth parent interview.
- Conducted by BCBA, OT, and SLP as needed
- Identifies current skill levels across all relevant domains
- Includes a parent interview and home/school observations
- Results in an integrated written report and treatment plan
Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, your BCBA designs a fully individualized treatment plan with specific, measurable goals. You'll review and approve the plan before therapy begins. We'll also match your child with the right RBT.

Therapy Begins & Progress Tracked
Sessions begin within 1–2 weeks of plan approval. Your RBT collects data every session. Your BCBA reviews data weekly and adjusts the program as your child progresses. You receive monthly written progress reports.
